15 kg box or carton fit in 40´ cooled container cargo: 20 “American” type pallets containing 80 boxes each and one “European” type pallet containing 64 boxes for a total of 1,664 boxes in a 40-foot refrigerated container for a total of 20,960 kg. of merchandise

9. DELIVERY PERIOD: In the following 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and settlement of payment terms agreed

13. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

a. Advance of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and the remaining balance against presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable documentary credit payable at 60 days from the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case that´s granted commercial risk coverage by a prime-rated insurer like COFACE or similar
