7. PRESENTATION FORMATS:

a) Sizes T1 – T4: Carton with an average weight of 30 kg containing one block of product.

b) Sizes T5 – T8: Carton with an average weight of 30 kg containing two product blocks of 15 kg each.

c) Shaken format: Carton with an average weight of 12 kg of product.

8. LOAD FORMATS:

a) Sizes T1 – T8 : Air groupage in case of fresh format and groupage or full sea freight in 20 and 40 feet reefer containers containing up to 10 – 11 TN and 24 – 25 TN of product respectively.

b) Churned format: Air groupage in case of fresh format and groupage or full sea freight in a 40′ reefer container containing up to 18 TN of product.

9. DELIVERY PERIOD: In the following 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms

12. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

f. Certificate of weight and/or quality in case of requirement by the client (Cost not included in quoted prices)

13. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

to. Advance payment of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance upon presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable/confirmed documentary credit payable 60 days from the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-rank insurer such as COFACE or similar
