7. PACKAGING FORMATS: Stratified cardboard box of 4 kg net weight palletized in Euro pallet containing 176 boxes or American pallet pallet containing 220 boxes.

8. LOAD FORMAT: Refrigerated shipment grouped by pallets or full load of 21 – 24 pallets in refrigerated container or refrigerated truck respectively.

9. STORAGE TEMPERATURE: 6º – 8º C.

10. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 5 – 10 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

14. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

to. Advance of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance against presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable letter of credit payable 60 days after the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-ranking insurer such as COFACE or similar.
