4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT:

– Nuts per kg: 205 max.
– Yield (Outurn): 46 – 50 lbs / 80 kg bag
– Moisture: 10.0 % max.
– Faulty: 12.0 % max.
– Foreign matter: 1.0 % max.

5. BRAND: Producer or customized if possible.

6. PACKING: Jute bag of 80 kg. net weight.

7. CARGO FORMAT: 20-foot container containing 16 TN of merchandise or 40-foot container containing 25 TN of merchandise

8. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

9. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: FOB or CFR

10. PRICES: According to market price updates

11. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

a. Bill of lading (B/L)
b. Commercial invoice
c. Packing list (“Packing list”)
d. Certificate of origin
e. Phytosanitary certificate
f. Certificate of quantity and quality if required by the client (Cost not included in quoted prices)

12. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

to. Advance of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance against presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable documentary credit payable at sight against presentation of export documents

13. IMPORTANT NOTE: The quoted prices have a limited validity, so before confirming any purchase order they must be updated.
