7. PACKAGING FORMATS:

– Carton box of 10 trays of 1 kg net weight: Euro-pallet containing 72 boxes and American pallet containing 96 boxes.

– Cardboard or light wood box of 2 kg net weight: Euro-pallet containing 320 boxes and American pallet containing 242 boxes.

– Cardboard or light wood box of 5 kg net weight: Euro-pallet containing 220 boxes and American pallet containing 176 boxes.

8. LOAD FORMATS: Refrigerated shipment grouped by pallets or full load in refrigerated container containing up to 21 pallets or refrigerated truck containing up to 33 pallets reaching in these last two cases up to an average of 24 – 25 TN of goods.

10. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 5 – 10 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

14. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

to. Advance payment of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance upon presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable documentary credit payable 60 days from date of shipment.

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-rank insurer such as COFACE or similar
