4. PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

a) Physical – chemical:

– Fatty acids: 15% – 17%
– Moisture: ≤ 0.3%
– Color: Light yellow
– Flavor: Typical cocoa free of smoke or charred flavor or odor.

b) Microbiological:

– Mesophilic flora: < 5000 in 1 gr
– Yeast: < 50 in 1 gr
– Mohosity: Yellow
– Enter bacterium: Absence in 1 gr.
– E. coli: Absence in 1 gr.
– Salmonella: Absence in 25 gr.

5. BRAND: Producer or customized if possible.

6. PACKAGING: 20 kg – 25 kg cardboard box with inner plastic protection.

7. FREIGHT FORMAT: Groupage by air, land or sea, and grouped or full truck or 20-foot container load containing 20 – 21 TN of goods on average.

8. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

9. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: FOB & CFR & CPT

11. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

a. Bill of lading (B/L)

c. Packing list (“Packing list”)

f. Certificate of quantity and quality if required by the client (Cost not included in quoted prices)

12. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

a. Advance payment of 30% – 50% of the purchase order value and the remaining balance against presentation of export documents.

b. Irrevocable/confirmed letter of credit payable 60 days from the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-ranking insurer such as COFACE or similar.
