6. BRAND: Producer or customized if possible.

7. PACKAGING: Plasticized product in 5 kg carton loaded on euro-pallet (0.80 m x 1.20 m) containing 60 units of product or American pallet (1.00 m x 1.20 m) containing 75 units of product.

8. LOAD FORMAT: Refrigerated palletized grouped shipment or full refrigerated load of 24 pallets by truck or container.

9. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 5 – 10 days after confirmation of purchase order and compliance with agreed payment terms.

10. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: EXWORK & FOB & CFR

11. PRICES: According to market price updates

12. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

a. Bill of lading (B/L)
b. Commercial invoice
c. Packing list (“Packing list”)
d. Certificate of origin

f. Certificate of quantity and/or quality if required by the customer (Cost not included in quoted prices)

13. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

to. Advance of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance against presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable/confirmed letter of credit payable 60 days from the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-ranking insurer such as COFACE or similar.
