3. PRESENTATION FORMATS:

– Carcasses and half-carcasses, forequarters and hindquarters, pork cuts

– Processed:

a) Fresh: Minced meat, hamburgers, other
b) Cured and matured: Hams, sausages, other
c) Cooked: Frankfurter sausage, mortadella, others

– Offal: Lung, liver, kidney, tongue, throat, throat, trachea, diaphragm, stomach, head, ears, sternum, sternum, tail, trimmings, rosary, baader, fat cuts, skin cuts

4. BRAND: Producer or customized according to production possibilities.

5. PACKAGING FORMATS: Natural, vacuum packed, in carton boxes with plastic bag protection, in poly-blocks of different weights.

6. LOAD FORMAT: Palletized grouped load, or truck & full container of 20 and 40 feet refrigerated container containing 12 – 13 TN and 24 – 26 TN of product respectively.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

8. DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: EXWORK, FOB, CIF

9. PRICES: According to type of product and raw material prices in the market.

10. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

a. Bill of lading (B/L)
b. Commercial Invoice
c. Packing List (“Packing List”)
c. Certificate of origin
d. Sanitary and/or phytosanitary certificate
d. Certificate of weight and/or quality in case of requirement by the client (Cost not included in quoted prices)

11. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

a. Advance payment of 30% – 50% of the purchase order value and the remaining balance against presentation of export documents.

b. Irrevocable/confirmed letter of credit payable 60 days from the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-ranking insurer such as COFACE or similar.

12. IMPORTANT NOTE: The quoted prices have a limited validity, so before confirming any purchase order they must be updated.
