4. PRESENTATION FORMATS:

– Whole: With and without skin & bones

– Trimming: thigh, wing, upper thigh, upper breast, fore-breast, legs, hooves

– Fillet: Skinless and boneless offal

– Viscera: Gizzard, heart, liver, liver, neck, tail, cartilage, tripe, intestine

5. BRAND: Producer or customized according to production possibilities.

6. FORMATS OF PRESENTATION: 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg carton boxes, with plastic bag protection, as well as polyblock.

7. LOAD FORMAT: 20 and 40 ft. reefer container containing 12 – 13 TN and 24 – 25 TN of product respectively.

8. DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 15 – 20 days after confirmation of purchase order and completion of agreed payment terms.

9. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: FOB or CIF

10. PRICES: According to market price updates

11. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION:

a. Bill of lading (B/L)

12. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

to. Advance of 30% – 50% of the value of the purchase order and remaining balance against presentation of export documents

b. Irrevocable letter of credit payable 60 days after the date of shipment

c. Deferred payment 60 days from the date of shipment in case commercial risk coverage is granted by a first-ranking insurer such as COFACE or similar.
